Matt Richards, Writer/Director

This is Matt Richards, writer/director for Outside-In. Matt studied film theory at an agricultural school and the smell of cow manure routinely hits him with waves of nostalgia. He’s a writer/director/avid movie watcher with a genuine Letterboxd addiction. He likes structure, gets overwhelmed easily and enjoys being creative and collaborating with friends and strangers. 5 years ago he predicted that he would one day be sitting in the Hilton Meadowlands lobby writing a bio while waiting for dinner.

John Lawrence Clarke, Actor/Producer

John Lawrence Clarke is a Virginia-raised actor and producer. From an early age, John took inspiration from seeing his aunt Judy perform in NYC theater. After ten years as a psychotherapist, John fell in love with the acting craft and has been dedicated to it ever since. John has appeared in commercials representing national brands such as Square and has starred in a number of original Outside-In films. John has trained at First Take Acting School (film and TV), Houde School of Acting (Meisner Technique), and is privately coached by Timothy Huls. John lives (and surfs) in San Francisco, CA.
